... The Basics: 

- IF YOU NEED ONLY VOICE - 

 -- You supply us with:
  • Script (text to be spoken)
  •  Style of V/O you are looking for (Light/very conversational, moderate corporate or deep/conservative)
  • Info on usage (Internet only, DVDs, CD, Radio, Television, Tradeshows?)
  • Length of usage
  • If TV and/or radio,  what your market size is.

     We will then get with you to discuss rates, deadlines for delivery of audio, etc.  Once agreed, I will:

  • Record audio in digital format
  • Clean & process audio
  • Save for you in desired format (We can deliver audio to you as a WAV, AIFF, MP3, etc)
  • Upload audio file to my server & provide you with link for easy download

      

- FOR SLIDESHOW CREATION - 

  • Email us 8-15 or so good quality photographs of the property you wish to have showcased in Hi-resolution J-PEG digital files (I find that photos that 

       are 1MB or larger in size usually work best).  (You can usually email 8-15 photos at once or split them and send in two emails.)

  • Email a script of what you want spoken.  If you want us to match points in script to photos provided (e.g., This chef's kitchen was remodeled in 2010 and 

       will dazzle even the most accomplished family cook...) Please notate which photos go along with which sections.

  • Choose which piece of music you wish to have accompany your slideshow (from the selections above).

  • After we agree on rates (see below) we record text, clean audio, add music and create slideshow.

  • We then output completed slideshow to Windows Media Video (WMV) or Quicktime (MOV) video file.

  • We upload video file to server and create a link for easy download (which you then can post to Youtube, etc)

  • Invoice is sent upon completion/delivery of product link to you.

  • You can then upload the content to your website, Youtube, etc.

  • Payments can be made via check from any certified U.S. based bank.  Outside US Payments can be made via PayPal (our PayPal address is: VoiceguYY@aol.com)

RATES

       Rates can vary depending on usage, product, etc. if used beyond Internet or limited DVD release. All rates are to be paid in  USD (United States Dollars)
  • Slideshow - with or without musical background: 

          80 cents per recorded word with a $200 minimum per slideshow.

  • Dry Voice - for your project (no music or sound effects - dry V/O only) - non-broadcast - for your use on Corporate Presentations, Promotional Videos, 

          Virtual Tours,  Websites, DVDs etc) : 

         80 cents per recorded word with a $150 minimum per project.  

REVISIONS

  •  NOTE:  Updates can be requested at any time.  Rates for revisions are done at %50 of above rate (50% only applies if requested within 30 days of original work 

          completion & delivery - after 30 days full rates apply).

  • For large projects (10 or more slideshows ordered, national TV or Radio commercials, animated TV programs, etc) Please contact us for rate details
